IPhone messages after you've deleted them?

Okay so me and my mom share an iTunes account, or I think so. Anyways she always tells me she will check my texts on the computer whenever she wants too, But she always says "don't delete your texts" and i mean there's nothing inappropriate on my phone but really sad and emotional paragraph sent to friends that she would think are "attention seeking" texts, so yeah I just DON'T want her reading my texts, if I delete my texts on my phone does that mean she can't read them, or what? Or does it automatically save to iTunes? How can she see my texts and how do I get rid of them or can I get rid of them so she can't see?

I never heard of text messages from an iphone saved to itunes and viewable on itunes… Here's a tip turn of icloud back up for text messages and delete them. She can't get to them or back it up on another idevice for her to view.
