Trash might be full of stuff, clean out. Might let you operate.
Take the "vids" off phone, upload directly to the computer.
Check if these videos are being uploaded to your iCloud. If so that would be the issue. If not, try moving photos and other videos to your iCloud and see from there. If that doesn't work, just move your videos to your iCloud and download them to your computer from there.
Afterwards you can check out your storage and see if there's anything wrong. Worst case scenario, you'll need to perform a hard reset via iTunes.
- Why does my 16GB iphone only have 13.25GB capacity? I think it's kind of strange that my 16GB iPhone only has a memory capacity of 13.25GB. Does anybody know why this is?
