IPhone SE or Pixel (1st gen)?
I planning to buy a new phone soon and I've narrowed it down to two phones: Apple's iPhone SE and Google's Pixel (the 1st). I'm aware that both phones are from 2016, but they're both still decent. They both have new software, ios 12 and android 9.0 pie. I don't really care for newer phones new technological advances, it's out of my price range anyway. That's why I'm thinking about these two. I've always been a fan of Apple and ios. So, can someone tell me the benefits and cons of one over another? What's your experience with these phones? Opinions?
Get the iPhone Xs Max
I recommend the iPhone SE because Google Pixel will want your personal info
I'd go for the iPhone since it would be supported longer since it is basically a 6s in a 5s chassis (until 2021 at least)
- What has an IPhone 5 got that an IPhone 1st generation or 3gs doesn't? I want an IPhone 5 but it's too expensive, I can get an IPhone 1st generation or 3gs but what's the difference?
- What apps will work on the iPhone 1st generation 3.1.3? I just traded my iPod touch 3rd generation for an iPhone 1st generation. While thinking this was a good deal, I didn't know that I wouldn't be able to get any apps. This iPhone has iOS 3.1.3. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Also, if I jailbreak the iPhone, would this work to get all the apps I want?
- Thoughts on buying iPhone 1st generation in 2013? Not to use as a phone! (I have the OG Atrix for that) but as a collectors item/something that could hold alot more value in the future. You can get the original iPhone for 50-80 dollars on ebay in pretty good condition, do you guys think that buying a few of them to hold on to would pay off at all in the future (5-10 years from now) when people will begin to want them as collectors items? Or does it not really matter at all once they've been used does that make them junk?
- Straignt Talk with iphone 1st Gen? If I get an iphone 1st gen would I be able to use it with Straight Talk services? I've seen it said that it can be used with newer iphones, but would it still work with the 1st gen? I know I would have to get a SIM card from Straight Talk for it to work, just would like to know if it would work with the 1st gen iphone.
