Iphone4 how to uninstall a app?
I have the iphone 4 i was wondering is there a way to uninstall apps you don't like i don't know how on this phone it didn't give me a option when i was at the app store?
Leave the app pressed and then the "delete" option should appear
Click and hold the icon until it start shaking… Then you will see a tiny cross popping in the top right corner of icon. Click it and app is deleted
Hold down the app you want to delete on Your phone screen and then thy should all wiggle on the home page.click the x on the corner of the one you wanna delete an click delete.
To to the home screen, and put your finger on the icon of the app you want to get rid of. Then all of the icons should start to wiggle a little bit. Tap the "x" in the corner of the icon of the app you want to uninstall and delete.
Keep pressing any one of a app icon, then all the app will shiver and show a black cross, click the black cross to uninstall it.

It would let me in anytime I wanted, and then I accidently updated Itunes and it decided to lock me out because I don't have a sim card. - If i uninstall and then reinstall itunes will i lose anything on my iphone? I can't back up my phone as every time i connect it to itunes it says i need to restore it and when i click restore it says i can't. And i want to back it up. Can i uninstall and reinstall to solve this problem? Or will i lose anything at all on my iphone? (not just music.contacts and texts and photos etc too) or can i make a new account and sync my phone with it as if it's the first time i've ever synced it? Would that work or screw it up?
