IPhone 5s if you want Apple's standards and if you don't want others to access your phone. But iTunes can be a pain in the rear. Note 3 runs on android but many users complain about it. Personally, I would choose iPhone 5s.

In terms of pixels and resolution, both are comparable since they have such a different in screen size. Ultimately, it's up to you, and what phone you think will fit your lifestyle better!
