Is 16, 000 mAh enough to charge?

Can 16, 000 mAh charge one computer and two iPhone at the same time

That's 16 amps, so -YES but if the supply is not regulated it will blow all three

I'm assuming that's some sort of battery/stored charge device… An average laptop draws lets say 1 amp, the two phones would probably need less then 500mA combined. So we'll say 1.5 amps to charge all three.

16000mAh or 16Ah means the battery can put out a current of 1 amp for 16 hours. To find out how long you could pull 1.5 amps from it, just 16Ah by 1.5 amps to get 10.667 hours.

So assuming the batteries internal resistance allows 1.5 amps to be drawn from it, we'll say that it can charge these devices for about 10 hours.
