I have this fbi warning thing on my computer and my computer is locked and i can't do any thing on it ( using iphone for this) and it says these laws and where they are in the law book and one point it says crymanil i'm asking if its ever spelled that way and i there's a way to close the virus

Its never spelt that way, this is a scam. Have you tried turning the computer off, then restarting it and running a virus check, if can't use the power button for some reason pull the power lead out of the back or turn off at the mains.
Unplug your computer and then plug it in again, it will say that it was turned off correctly and if it asks if you would like to start the computer in safe mode say yes, if it doesn't give that option, restart it again and hold F8. When the computer is in safe mode then go to Control Panel>System Restore. And then restore it to a date before this particular problem started happening.
