Added (1). Often the keyboard freezes up, my calls cut out, it won't let me call, it restarts itself, the home button freezes, SMS messages don't send, the Internet is extremely slow

I would actually love to answer this question, but you didn't list what was wrong with your iPhone. In my opinion, the only reason 50% of people buy iPhone's is because of the name that goes with it. Apple. The Apple name. It is just like Dr. Dre headphones. When you wear those crazily priced headphones, you are going to get some nice stares coming from people.
- Why everybody think iPhones are expensive? I mean i hate iphone yes they are expensive for the price you pay for what you get… but they are at the same price with many android phones like xperia z, galaxy s4, note 2, htc one, htc butterfly
- Why does everybody in love with iphones? Android has improved drastically and is now way ahead of iPhone. You can buy a galaxy s3 or a galaxy note for the same price as a little iphone 5… Why are consumers so dumb? Iphones are OK but way overpriced and there's no way to customize them without jailbreaking. *why is everybody in love with iphones?
- Why do people on welfare have nice cars purses iphones etc It really doesn't make sense to me. People on welfare can somehow afford fancy things like nice cars, purses and iphones. BUT NOT FREAKING FOOD. Really? I'm So GLAD that this is what my taxpayer money is going towards, buying some welfare queen's iphone plan.
