Is it normal for my iphone 4 to get warm?

I bought a used iphone 4 and when i use apps and internet non stop for like a hour it gets warm to the touch and when it charges does yours do this

Yes that's jus the battery being used for a while. If you get a case you won't notice it because the case is preventing you from touching the "hot spot."

If your browsing the web or doing other strenuous themes in it then yes but not like burn your had hot just worm

Of course it will get warm when using it non stop, thats not a big deal. Did you think it would be ice cold?

  • Why does my Iphone 4S get warm and eat battery? So I got my new phone a few days ago and can't help but notice that it gets pretty warm after about 20 minutes of using facebook and the app store. I'm also losing 1% battery every 3-4 minutes while using it. Is this normal? I have tried turning off 'locations' on most apps and left it on for weather etc. Removed my icloud account but it still gets quite warm. Concerned it will damage the phone, thanks for any input!
