Is it possible for iPhone to get virus?
Is it possible for iPhones to get viruses? If it does, what are the signs that my iPhone has a virus? I'm quite paranoid about it?

It is an electronic device, so it could get a virus. However, Apple is generally very secure about their systems so getting viruses and/or malware on an iOS device is very difficult. It isn't impossible, but difficult. There have been cases of apps in the App store that shipped with malware that somehow made it past Apple's testing, but they are pretty rare and very quickly removed.
With that being said, a lot of popular (especially free) apps behave in malware-like ways. Social media services are notorious for trying to gather as much data from you and your phone as many ways as they possibly can. Make sure you read and understand the permissions that you're giving apps.
