Is it possible to fix a water damaged iPhone?
So I dropped my iPhone 4S in the toilet and now it won't turn on. I was wondering, will I able to get it fixed and still be able to keep my photos and text messages?
I got a new iPhone, but the backup didn't work out because it didn't keep any of my new photos or text messages before I dropped it in the toilet. So I was wondering, if I get my water damaged iPhone fixed will I still have the pictures and the text messages?
No. And forget the rice trick, it won't work forever. You'll have to buy another one.
- My iphone speaker will not work after i water damaged it, is there any fix? I accidently spilled orange juice on my iphone and i thought it was fine as it operated after i wiped it off. I noticed later that i could not hear the other person during a phone call. Are there any fixes to this or do i have to buy another phone out right?

However I was in a state of panic and tried to switch the phone on. It is now stuck on a solid red screen and won't turn off. How do I fix this? - Hhomework to fix my water damaged iphone? SO 4 months ago, i dropped my iphone into the sink and didn't really decide to fix it because i didn't have the time. I just bought iPhone 5. Now i want to restore it so i could give it to my son. ITs been 4 months now and i have not turned it on since (it doesn't turn on either). Will the rice method still work? Btw, you can't go to the aple store with a damaged iphone… They don't cover it
