Is it possible to get a Untethered Jailbreak on Iphone 3GS running IOS6?
I just updated my phone to IOS6, googled for some time and got confused over the articles available on Internet.
Is an Untethered Jailbreak available or not?
If yes please give me the link where I could download the software along with the tutorial.

Untethered is not available, only tethered on older devises like your but i wouldn't do it you should rather try to downgrade back to 5.1.1 but the ram is not that good in the 3g

And A4 and A5 is processing chip of iphone
A4 chip is used in iphone 4
A5 chip in iphone 4s
A6 chip in iphone 5
A4 device means iphone 4gen
and iphone 3gs is a closed platform proccesor phone so it do not have any kind of A chip

No untethered jailbreaks are available for any iOS device on iOS 6. Only a tethered for the iPhone 3GS & 4. The 3GS is neither an A4 (iPhone 4) or A5 (iPhone 4S) device.
- Upgrading from ios6 to ios6.1.3? I got ios 6 on my iphone, but when I try to upgrade to ios 6.1.3 using iTunes I keep getting a error message 3194, I don't want ios 7
