Is it possible to make a Wi-Fi hotspot using Wi-Fi?
I need Internet on my computer but I don't have the Wi-Fi password on my computer, but my iPhone is logged in on the network. I don't know the password, so is there anyway I could create a Wi-Fi hotspot using the Wi-Fi on my iPhone? It's jailbroken too is that helps
Yes you can but check your data plan limits

So instead of finding out the password for the Wi-Fi that you already have you are trying to figure out how to use your iPhone as a hotspot. In general, adding more devices to the mix slow things down. You will get the best results if you hook your computer directly to your Wi-Fi network.
Your phone probably only had one Wi-Fi device. So it can either connect to Wi-Fi as a client, or act as a Wi-Fi hotspot to your mobile carrier network, but probably not both at the same time.
- Would it be possible to make an app that makes sure your posture is straight when using your iPhone? For example; it could use a camera to make sure your face / neck are upright or it automatically locks
- With a moble hotspot, does the connected device work better if the phone isn't using service? I'm trying to watch Netflix on my computer with my iPhone's hotspot but it keeps stopping to load. Is this because I'm also on my phone?
- Will you get additional charges for using iPhone hotspot? I was looking around threw my settings on my iPhone today and I saw hotspot. So I looked at it and figured it out and everything but my question is if you use the hotspot will you get additional charges? Even if you don't go over your monthy data limit?
- Will using my iPhone's hotspot cost extra money? I have an iPhone 4s (which is up to date on all IOS updates) and I have the unlimited data plan at AT&T. I'm leaving for a road trip tomorrow, and I wanted to turn the hotspot on so I could use that Wi-Fi on my laptop during the trip so I won't get bored. It says I need to set up an account for it, which I will do later… But would any extra charges be added to my bill?
