Is it worth to buy iphone4s when the iphone 5 is out?

I want a iphone but i don't know wich one i will pick.

Get the 5 at least you can get lte you can't with the 4s

Always get the newest device if you can afford the price, mainly because a newer device will be supported with software for longer from apple than a older one.

And since you didn't say why you wanted an iPhone at all, I do not know which to recommend.

How much would you be paying for each? The more expensive one would be worth it if it did what you wanted and the 4S did not - but again, you didn't say what it was that you wanted. Did you think the same phone was better for everybody?

The 4S doesn't have 4G connectivity and can't give you all the features of iOS 7, but it still runs on that OS (and probably will run on whatever replaces it next year and the year after; the iPhone 4 still supports iOS 7).It's free with a new activation or contract renewal on Verizon (your question didn't say anything about your carrier either).

  • Will out of contract Verizon iPhone4s work with foreign sim? I'm traveling to England for about two months and I would like to take a smartphone. However I have AT&T iPhone 4s and it is not out of contract therefore I can't get it unlocked and put in a SIM card from the UK. My friend has offered me her old iPhone 4s and she is with Verizon. I'm not familiar with Verizon at all so I'm not sure if I can slap a SIM card in there or if Verizon will unlock it if I call and get the codes like I could with AT&T.
