So about a month ago i dropped my iphone 5c (more like fell off ) i picked it up thinking nothing happened to it cause it fell a bunch of times before but when i picked it up the screen was scracked i was all in shocked i pressed the power button to see if it was still working. It didn't show anything like the brightness of the screen went higher a little bit but it was still black it was like it still worked but it wasn't connected to show anything. After a while i got a white icd from ebay cause i didn't like the black screen i wanted it to match with the back since i had a white iphone 5c anyway me and my dad assemble the new lcd with the iphone n we follow every step i don't think that was the problem. I think is something else maybe the fall ****** everything up please please help me i don't want to make my dad kill me if the phone is completely broken. Ohh i charged it for like 2 hours n i gave up could it be that since it was off for so long it needed more green juice (charging) ? Or should i take it to professionals n see if they can tell me anything? I really miss my phone…
- When apple replaces a broken iphone, do you get to keep the old broken one? The back camera on my iPhone 4s broke (just stopped working), so I called Apple and I have an appointment set up to replace the old phone with a brand new one. But, I want to know if when they give me the new phone, will they let me keep the old one? The phone still works fine except for the camera. In fact, it's almost perfect. And obviously I want to sell the old one on ebay to make a boat load.
- K key on my laptop is completely broken? Because of my problem I'm putting this up via my iPhone. But on my laptop keyboard my K button is completely broken. When pressed it does absolutely nothing. I have been getting by with just copying and pasting "k" when I need it but that is getting very annoying. Is there anyway to fix this?!
- My IPhone works completely fine sometimes but a lot of times I can't use it and it's completely unresponsive to my touch? I scheduled an appointment to fix my very cracked screen and I was just wondering if this will fix my problem for sure or is there something else that may be causeing the screen to be unresponsive?
- My iphone is completely broken, but I need pictures off of it? I recently dropped my iPhone 5s on concrete and it shattered. It won't turn on and my computer won't recognize it. I've charged it fully, but still nothing. Right before I dropped it, I had taken some really great pictures from my vacation. I checked my icloud, but my pictures didn't transfer over to it. How can I get my photos? They're really important to me and I don't live anywhere close to an apple store.
