Is texting free when you have Wi-Fi?
I have an iPhone and I'm over Wi-Fi and texting someone. Does it count on my my number of text? And btw I have Verizon
No- it still goes on your texting plan. Wi-Fi is just for internet unless you have another text program you use instead.
Textings done on your cell plan, Wi-Fi only covers internet on your phone
Yes it will. I'm sorry. It is NOT free. There's no such thing as a "free lunch" in life.
- What are all the possible AT&T Internet/texting plans you can have? If I were to buy 1 iPhone 5s 16Gb on a new plan and want unlimited internet & texting but limited calling, about how much would that cost a month?
- Texting notification to the person I'm texting? How do I change on my iPhone 5s so the person I'm texting doesn't see that I'm texting them with the bubble
- Is texting or calling from iPhone to iPhone free if you're in a different country? I live in the US And I'm going to Sydney, Australia for 3 weeks in a little while but I'll only be 17 when I go with one of my friends and I wanted to make sure I could communicate with my mom. There aren't many hotels I can find with free Wi-Fi or even Wi-Fi in general. The hotel we're probably going to stay in only offers wired. Both my mom and I have iPhone's so if we text or call on the cell phone data (I have Verizon) will my phone bill price be crazy high?
- Is Iphone to Iphone texting free? I was told that if you have an iphone you can instant message other people that have iphones internationally for free, is this true?
