Is there a mp3 rocket for Mac? OSx 10.8.2?

I've been downloading music through mp3 rocket forever, but recently got a macbook pro, and I see there's no download link on the page for mac. Is there another downloader the same as mp3 rocket? Or any other downloaders besides frost wire, I don't want viruses. Mp3 rocket seemed to be the safest.

also, aprox. How many songs does 2GB hold? I have a 16gb iphone and want to basically separate my space, thinking 2gb for songs and the rest for whatever pictures and apps. So how many songs could it hold? Aprx

  • Will updating to Mac Osx 10.6.8 Erase Data? My iphone's running ios 6 and it got messed up so i wanted to restore it, itunes says it needs to be updated so when i downloaded itunes 7.1 it said mac needs to be updated. Do i have to install the mac osx update? Will it erase my data? ( i don't have a time machine or a back up)

Then it said that my iTunes version was too old and to update, i need to update the OSX since I'm currently running on 10.5.8. I'm considering buying Mountain Lion but will it DELETE MY FILES? Read some stuff online about "backing it up"? How do you do that exactly, without iCloud?
  • Transferring MP3 to iTunes, MP3 not working? I downloaded 40 MP3s in my computer and as usual, I drag them to iTunes so I can connect it to my iPhone. But only 4 were able to transfer. I tried playing the MP3s that didn't work in windows media player but they did not play. They are all MP3 files (the ones that worked and didn't work) how can I make the files play and transfer them to iTunes?
  • Remove DRM from itunes (Mac OSX Snow Leopard)? I moved from an Iphone to a galaxy nexus. Almost everything I bought on Itunes refuses to transfer due to DRM. I've tried Requiem to no success, FairPlay didn't work either. I don't have a ton of CDs sitting around so is there another way to remove this? I also do not want to spend $35 on some of this software that allows a "free trial" for songs less than 3 minutes long. Please Help. Apple is a cruel cult that is trying to suck me back in
