No, the contract is between you and T-Mobile. If somebody wanted to buy out your contract, then they could more easily just get a new contract with T-Mobile themselves. All you can do is cancel the contract, and pay whatever penalties for early cancellation, and payoff the remainder of the cellphone yourself.
