Is there an iphone app that adjusts the home screen wallpaper ( like this: picture included )?

I don't know of an app that does it, but a simple trick is to download it to your PC or tablet. If you have an Apple tablet or PC, it's simple. You just open in Preview and rotate the image so that it takes all of the window space, then just take a screen shot of the pic.
