Is there anyway you can stop a bid on eBay?
Okay so, this may sound like a bit stupid, but I didn't read what I was bidding on (I was in such a rush) and instead of bidding on an iPhone 4, I bid on an iPhone 4 box.
Anyway I can cancel the bid?
No and if you bid is accepted you must buy

Report the seller for misleading title. They aren't allowed to sell empty boxes. This should get you off the hook/
Yes, you can cancel your bid under limited circumstances ie you entered $100 in as your max bid, instead of $10. But you are supposed to rebid the correct max bid ie $10. All that said, eBay doesn't allow "empty boxes" for iPhones to be sold for exactly the reason you now want to cancel your bid. You thought it was for a phone (not just an empty box). Email the seller and ask that they cancel off your bid as you were mislead into believing the auction was for a phone, not just an empty box. If they decline, report the listing to eBay and eBay will cancel the auction and the seller will be "put on notice"!

- Is there anyway you can download iOS 5 on an iPhone 3g? Never had an iphone but when I broke my Samsung, and didn't have any upgrades available, I decided to buy a phone off amazon. I ended up buying an iphone 3g not knowing anything about iphones. Now that my update doesn't go any higher than iOS 4.2.1 I have absolutely no apps. So did I just screw myself over? Aren't there "ways" to get iOS 5 even though my phone isn't compatible? Tried emailing iTunes already and didn't really help
