Is this considered food stamp fraud?

I know someone who has been on food stamps for atleast 6 years. She has worked a few jobs here and there but not for very long, She use to baby sit 4 kids on the side for money. Her fiance and her have been together for 2-3 years. He is not listed on the food stamps and has lived in her home with her kids and has worked the entire time they have been together. She said they won't get married because the kids will lose their medical cards but his job offers medical insurance. They have bought a new home and 4 different vehicles in the last year and they eat out all the time and have 3 iphones all on a contract plan but they can't afford groceries? I want to report her but I'm afraid she will find out. She recently bought tickets to a concert she told me was expensive I just don't think this is fair or right that she has been on them for this long and its not reported there's a man living in her home with a job. What can I do?

Contact the appropriate agency. Your post is an obvious hoax, and it has been reported.

Yea that is welfare fraud, you can report her, it won't get back to her that you were the one to do it.

It is fraud bc she didn't claim her fiancee as a household member. Shame on them both. Report it.

Report her. I did it twice and I admit it was tough, but they don't come with a swat team and arrest them and it can't be traced back to you. What she most likely did (which is what my one neighbor did) is say she didn't know the father of her children was so that way her fiance doesn't have to pay child support. That way she can claim that she is feeding the kids alone and he keeps all of his income. She gets medical, cash benefits, food stamps, etc. For her and the kids and we the tax payers are paying for it

  • When will Obama increase our food stamp benefits? The greedy rich hoard all the wealth and won't pay their fair share. Think about all the free stuff we can get if they paid more taxes! (iPhone, iPad, gasoline, Internet, Xbox 360, flat-screen TV, Netflix, etc.)
  • Is there any hard evidence of widespread fraud of welfare programs? Or is it all just anecdotes. The most common type of answer I get is "my neighbor is on food stamps and has an iPhone!"
  • IPhone 6 fraud, will it be stolen? So IIm selling an iPhone 6. I have a buyer and he said he has a family member in abroad and he wants me to ship it to him/her and he will be the shipping. He said he will give me the money through pay-pal which IIm fine with. But once I told My family about this they said he can claim he never got the phone and get his money back with the phone. Can this happen? And if so how do I Prevent it
  • If there's fraud or something goes wrong, will PayPal get me my money back? I'm buying an iPhone off of Craigslist. I have pictures and everything looks fine. If I pay the money and don't get it or its fake or some kind of fraud, will I get my money back?
