Is this sound system setup good?

I'm wanting to add a couple 10 inch subs and a new radio interface to my car. The new radio is purely to play music via Bluetooth from iPad and iPhone. I know enough about wiring and electronics to get the job done, but i want advice on the setup i'm looking at. Truth is I don't want to spend too much on this; my car is an 02 escort (worth only $3000) and this is my first time adding anything to my car.

I was thinking about putting two of these kicker subs in

along with this boss amp

and then for my radio i was looking at pretty well anything with Bluetooth to connect to my iPad and iPhone
something like this

Added (1). If you have any recommendations on subs or amps, they would be appreciated.

Added (2). Also the head unit has a 3.5mm AUX jack on the front so I can use that or the Bluetooth depending on what ends up sounding best.

Those kicker subs are single voice coil, 4 ohm at 150 rms. That being said, i wouldnt choose that amp to power those subs. You need to wire those subs down to 2 ohm so the amp would need the specification 300 rms at 2 ohms. After you get that, tune it properly and set the gain right and it will sound nice… Nothing car rattling but it will add some good bass. Any aftermarket head unit will work fine as long as there's a place for remote and sub rca cables.honestly, i would prefer an aux jack than a bluetooth connection because it would be a cleaner connection but thats my preference.
