  • Why is my phone freezing and restarting if I only got it 3 weeks ago? I got an IPhone XR for my birthday 3 weeks ago, and about 2 weeks ago it started acting up. It would freeze and restart the whole phone and black out at random times. It's been happening a lot more recently, about 2 times a week my phone will act up. I don't know if the phone is just defective or what.
  • Why does my iPhone 5c home button not work in the cold? I just got this brand new iPhone 5c from Verizon store I work downtown out in the cold by the water so it's always like 20 degrees out and the home button always freezes and becomes unresponsive then goes back to normal on my way home not exactly what I want out of the "best phone"
  • Is there a specific way to put you iphone in a bag of rice? I don't have a big ziplock bag to immerse my phone in a bag of rice. I put a good amount of it in a regular sized one and inserted my iphone 6 plus in there. I was wondering if any way that I put it in there would help my phone?
  • Is the Marc Jacobs Foil Covered Iphone 5 Case actually protective? Http://www.marcjacobs.com/marc-by-marc-jacobs/phone-accessories/m6134030/foil-covered-iphone-5-case?sort= The case is featured in the link above. I'm buying a case for my Iphone 5 but I want one that is both chic and protective. Could anyone tell me if this case looks like it would have some protective qualities? (the material is actually polycarbonate and not real tin foil).
