ITunes doesn't recognise my iPhone?
My iphone 5 is set up and working fine but when i plug it into my computer to put music onto it iTunes thinks its a new iPhone, it gives me the option of setting it up as a new iPhone or a backed up iPhone but i want to keep it how it is but add music? Any ideas guys and gals?
You would have to sign on to itunes with whatever icloud account is on the phone (I think based on little info)
Then set up as a new phone. It will sync anything different on your phone and make a backup. Then you can add music and whatever else you need. If you don't want that particular backup then delete it. You can replace it later once you have the 5 loaded the way you want. Best luck.

- My iphone 5s will not turn on. Hard reset doesn't work and itunes doesn't recognise it My phone hasn't turned on in 5 days. Doesn't respond to the charger or being plugged into the computer. I've tried the hard reset a thousand times and nothing happens. ITunes won't recognize my phone so I can't do a factory reset. Can anyone tell me another way of resetting my phone?
- My iphone 4s won't recognise my sim? I have just got an iphone 4s off ebay - it specified that it was locked onto the o2 network - i cut my original sim from my blackberry using a micro sim cutter so it would fit the iphone, it's needs to be set up for the first time but it isn't letting me complete the activation as the sim is not being registered. I also ensured that the sim was removed of all pin codes. Why isn't my sim being recognised?
