My itunes won't recognise my iphone4?
I plug my iphone to my laptop and it charged but when i open my itunes it supposed to pop up my iphone's name and the iphone logo beside the itunes store nothing happens and i try a lot of methods on how to fix it but it doesn't work at all… Please i really need your help!
Make sure your iPhone is plugged in correctly and charging. Close and reopen iTunes. Try restarting your computer. Make sure iTunes is up to date. One of these will likely clear up the problem.

I have just got an iphone 4s off ebay - it specified that it was locked onto the o2 network - i cut my original sim from my blackberry using a micro sim cutter so it would fit the iphone, it's needs to be set up for the first time but it isn't letting me complete the activation as the sim is not being registered. I also ensured that the sim was removed of all pin codes. Why isn't my sim being recognised?
