Itunes won't let me backup my iphone, what can i do?
When i sync my iphone 4s to itunes i get an error message that says that the iphone can't be backed up because the phone or backup is corrupted. I haven't jailbroken it and i'm running windows 7, i went into edit, preference, devices and deleted the backup but it still won't work. What can i do?

So you have a 4s and the laptop/PC where itunes is running is a Windows 7 machine, right? The first thing you should do is reset the phone by holding down the home and on/off keys. Then switch the backup type in itunes when the phone is connected. If it's set to backup to iCloud change it to backup to this computer or vice versa, then apply the change. Then change it back to the original backup setting and try backing it up again.

- Why won't iTunes let my iPhone go into iTunes? My brother put a password on my iPhone, and he forgot it. I, stupidly, tried a whole bunch of passwords to see if I could get it, and not my phone is disabled. I tried connecting it to iTunes to get it undisabled so I can restore my phone, but it keeps saying I need to put in the password in order for me do get onto iTunes. This happen to anybody else? - WHATSAPP BACKUP! Why can't i find the backup conversation button in chat settings? I need to backup my whatsapp convo to iCloud from my iPhone 4s, because i wanna transfer the chat history to my iPhone 5s… But somehow i can't find the "backup conversation" button in chat settings. I have alrdy downloaded the latest version of whatsapp… WHAT IS GOING WRONG?
- Itunes won't backup iphone 4? I want to update my iphone (its never been updated since i got it) but it keeps giving me 0xE8000067 and 13014 errors, refusing to back up my phone. I have the latest itunes ( ver 11.1.5) i don't know what's causing this. Does anyone know how to fix this?
