I've lost my iphone 4s and i'm on contract vodafone, but i do not have any insurance i've had it about 4month what shall i do?
monthly charge is £36.00

Buy a new one

DO you HAVE IPAD?

IF you, GO TO APP STORE N BUY IPHONE FINDER THROUGH THAT you CAN TRY OUT MAYBE N IF you DON't HAVE your OWN IPAD DO BORROW ONE FOR your 4S

Report it to vodafone so that the SIM is blocked.

Buy a new handset.

Way!

You will have to buy a new phone. Because you have no insurance on the phone. Check ebay or amazon. People sell their old phones there all the time for pretty cheap. Just be careful that the phone you buy isn't locked or blacklisted by the phone carrier as "being stolen". You can try contacting your cell phone provider to suspend account fees until your new phone arrives. Otherwise you will have to pay money to break your contract with that company (if you choose to go with a new carrier).

Buy a new iphone. Or just pay the £36.00 a month and not have a phone.

What you have to do is continue paying the £36 a month until the contract is finished. The fact YOU have lost an uninsured phone does not affect the rental contract. Maybe you had better get a cheap payg phone to use for the next 8 months.
