I have insurance from AT&T and i have an iphone 5S?
My iphone 5S is not working properly. I would like to get a new one. Since i have insurance, how would I go about getting a new phone? Is there a price I have to pay?
If you go to the AT&T store, they should be able to help you there. When I got my android replaced i got the replacement free. They paid shipping for the new phone as well as for me to ship them my old broken phone.
- My iphone 4S was stolen. I have no insurance. Now what? My iphone was stolen a few hours ago. I got it barred and a new simcard is on the way. Since I have no insurance, does this mean I won't be able to get a new iphone? We didn't get insurance for it, so now we can't get a new one every time it breaks. I dropped my phone on the floor and it just shattered. My phone also bent inside. What do I do? Please help!
