Jailbroken iphone 4 problem?

I jalibroke my iphone 4 and at one point it froze and shut down and when it came back on the cydia app was gone… I tried to rejailbreak it but it said "this device is already jailbroken." And wouldnt let me do it again. How can i get the cydia app back?

I'm assuming you have 6.1.3 and used sn0wbreeze to jailbreak correct? There should be a new folder with a program called iBooty on your desktop used to reinitiate the jailbreak. You have to do that right after you jailbreak as this is a little "training" exercise towards your new TETHERED jailbreak. I want to undo my jailbreak, and every time i try to update, i get this message that says "there was a problem downloading the software for iphone "ericas iphone" the network connection timed out.
