Just because the world could be worse, does that excuse us for not trying to make it better?
Shouldn't everyone be working to further the revolutionary effort /end concepts such as tyranny, privilege, and wage labour?
Why should we give up now just because we have Iphones and flat screen TVs, what about liberty, equality and fraternity?
No, we should not give up, but don't expect that with Trump. He doesn't even know what he's doing half the time, and discourse is his main objective. It's always been his game.
Our only hope is that he not do too much irreversible damage before Democrats get back into the White House. And try to repair the damage Trump does.
Some people actually do strive for improvement- many people.
Why should everyone be doing what you believe they should be doing?
- Will my voice sound better or worse on recording? To practise for auditions, I record myself (on my iPhone 4s if that makes a dofference) singing and doing monologues. What I want to know if those recordings make my voice sound better or worse than how it actually is, or if that's how everyone else around me hears my talking/singing.
- Which is worse reading and not replying or not even reading it? On fb or iPhone or whatever which would you consider worse, reading something, and the person seeing you've read it, and not replying or just not reading it at all and I obviously not replying. In both cases not replying at all.
