Laptop does not detect iPhone hotspot Wi-Fi?
I have an unlocked iphone 4s 6.0.1 with a Straight Talk carrier i've been tryna share my data with my laptop i have had all the process done on the iphone but the problem is the Laptop is not detecting the iPhone's name thro the Wi-Fi… Any help please!

Make sure your iphone is in discovery mode. It usually stays on for 80-120 seconds before out turns back off.
- Will it cost me if I use 'personal hotspot' from my iphone to my laptop? I have an iphone, and my Wi-Fi just went down so I was wondering if it would cost to use that 'personal hotspot' thing onto my laptop because I want to watch netflix, and in not doing it on my phone (screens small) Oh and I have unlimited data (3G) and my providers I think are EE.

- Laptop won't detect Wi-Fi anymore? So, my family recently moved house and have already got the Internet set up. The Internet is working fine on my iPad and iPhone but the laptop seems to have trouble. It use to be able to connect to other networks but no it isn't. Help? It is a Windows 7 laptop btw Oh, it works with the Ethernet cable but I want to be able to take it to my room. Sorry, I have already done that about 2 days ago. Checking now… Yup, still on.
- I'm trying to use my hotspot from my iPhone for my laptop and it won't connect? The computer is a Dell Latitude D600 and I'm using a D-Link plug in. The phones Wi-Fi is showing up but when I click connect, it says "Windows is unable to connect to the selected network. The network may no longer be in range. Please refresh the list of available networks, and try to connect again." It shows full service on both the phone and computer and the phone is right next to the computer. Any ideas?
