Why is hotspot not working on my laptop?
I'm trying to use hotspot on my laptop from my iPhone 4S. I haves turned my iphone off then turned it back on then plugged my phone into the laptop then that worked then it quit working.
Now I'm restarting my laptop.
That's strange that it doesn't work properly even with the USB cable.
When you say it quit working, do you mean that no websites load on your computer? What type of Laptop do you have? Mac or Windows?

- Will it cost me if I use 'personal hotspot' from my iphone to my laptop? I have an iphone, and my Wi-Fi just went down so I was wondering if it would cost to use that 'personal hotspot' thing onto my laptop because I want to watch netflix, and in not doing it on my phone (screens small) Oh and I have unlimited data (3G) and my providers I think are EE.

If I turn on the "Personal Hotspot" on my iPhone 5c (with 3G service on), and connect it to my computer via USB, will it make my laptop internet faster as well? The 3G service is So much more faster on my iPhone 5c than on my DELL Laptop! So will this help my laptop if I select my iPhone on the internet connection?
- My Iphone 5S Hotspot not working? It can connect to other devices but, the devices connected don't have internet while my phone does. This has been going on since last night. I restarted my phone, changed the password, logged out and logged back in to Wi-Fi on all devices, it's just not working.
