Money is transferred without the permission of account holder?

A bank can't transferred your money without permission if somebody know about your net banking user id and your transfer password then it may be happen otherwise it is impossible.
Bank never transfer any amount without account holder permission. I think somebody knows your id and password and transferred amount. So contact to canara bank directly and complain.
Go to www.canarabank.com and at the end of the page you have " grievances".Open it and there you have provision to lodge your complaint.
