Multitasking application for iPhone 4S IOS6?
There's an application for iPad called 'Quasar' where you can open your apps as windows on the iPad, However, I think it can only be downloaded if your iPad is jailbroken.
Also, Samsung phones can watch youtube while using other applications.
Is there an application for iPhone IOS6 that enables you to do something of that sort?
I think, there's no application for iPhone IOS6. But not sure.

I have heard of a free iPhone app in which you can set your voicemail to simply say "(Your name) can't answer the phone right now, leave a message." Yes, I know I can create recorded message of my own, but I'm looking for this app or a similar one to it… Any help would be appreciated!
