My dad has done a lot of messed up stuff to me and my family in the past and last year he leased an iPhone for me on his?
Phone plan But I'd much rather give him his phone back cus I don't want it I don't want any more I don't want anything to do with him honestly but I know it would probably cost a few hundred dollars just to break the contract and he wants me to pay for my own cell phone bill once I turn 18 and I turn 18 this month and once i give it back I might go on my moms phone plan i don't know yet and like for example one of the messed up things he did to my mom was he claimed me on taxes illegally cus he told IRS that I was with him for most of the year when I really wasn't I lived with my mom up until like September because I moved in with him last year btw big mistake and what my mom told me was he basically claimed me he called my mom and said hey I just claimed our son and she was like Why would you do that and he was like well too Bad I already claimed him and I can't stand selfish people like him and he actually makes way more money then my mom does so do you understand why I want nothing to do with him? And yes she is getting a refund but still it's the principal like maybe my mom needed that money for something really important you know so yeah and can he sue me for giving his phone back or? Cus it technically is he has said many times that it's his phone
Give it back before you turn 18 and you will be fine. A lawsuit will not go anywhere.
He can't sue you for giving the phone back. You never signed a contract and it's illegal to sign a contract with a minor anyway. BTW your Mom could have filed on paper and claimed you. The IRS would start an investigation to see who actually has the right to claim you. Your mother can still file an amended return to claim you.
- Why exactly would my dad be upset at me that I broke his laptop after he smashed my iPhone and stepped on it? My dad took my iPhone and smashed it. So I pushed his laptop off the table and it broke. Now he is mad at me. How can he be when he destroyed my iPhone? Irony. Oh I do chores around the house and cook. He broke my phone because I had the speaker too loud when I was studying and watching a video for class
- Why does it feel as if the year 2012 was the last of the real time. & everything after has been weird in the world? After 2012 stuff really started to change for the worse in this world. Is it just me? Real music Real people Less social media And iPhones Etc
- Today my dad upgraded to an iphone 10, and because he has the forever iphone plan he was able to keep his old phone and he gave it to me? I synced all of my apps and contacts from my old phone, a samsung, to the new one, when I texted one of my friends, I found out I was sending messages through my icloud address and I had no service. Is this something I'll have to call my carrier about to switch my number, or can it be done manually and from the phone's settings. If the it's the latter, what steps would I have to take?
- Will Sprint happen to take less for my leased phone purchase? So I have a 128gb iPhone 6 I leased from Sprint 2 years ago and its about time to pay it off or give it up and pay for another lease month to month. I have had friends say that through their carriers they were able to keep their leased phone after they pay off 70 percent of the phone. Does sprint work like that or will I have to pay $200 to keep my iphone after the contract ends as stated in the contract
