My head feels like itll explode?

I have been experiencing this horrible pain since a week now. Its like I could almost sense a pressure applied on my head specially forehead and that it'll explode soon! I have no health problems, I exercise regularly! I use My iPhone a lot though! Is that the reason!

My best advice would be to drink plenty of fluids and to eat as healthy as you can. And yes, take breaks from screens once in a while, a big chance that that will work!
If it still goes on though, talk to your GP. X

Tight neck muscles will restrict the blood flow leaving your head to cause a back up of blood in your head to cause the pressure you are feeling. You have to free up your neck muscles to release the tight muscles restricting the blood flow and here's how to free them up:
Neck:
Place your hands behind your head so your fingers meet in the middle of your neck. Press into the neck with a moderate pressure and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your head as far as you can, then remove the pressure from the muscles but continue holding your head down for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
