My Internet only works when I'm connected to my homes Wi-Fi?

IPhone 4S vodaphone connects but doesn't load and says I'm not subscribed to a mobile data service even tho I get 500mb of data

Ring them up ask them what's going on

Do you have the correct settings for data access? Check on Vodaphone's website & hopefully there should be a way to sms the settings to your phone, just follow the instructions - usually to just choose save settings to phone.

If you have an iPhone you'll need to connect over Wi-Fi to get your settings by text, or you can enter them manually. To do this, go to:
Settings > General > Network > Mobile Data Network

  • Youtube app only works on iPhone 4S when Wi-Fi is turned OFF? Can someone please explain this to me? It's usually the other way around for everything else on my phone but with this new Youtube app I can only watch videos using 3G. I checked to make sure it isn't a problem with my internet and it isn't. I really hope someone can help me with this because it uses up my data plan when I'd rather just use my Wi-Fi.
