Why does my internet only work when I'm connected to Wi-Fi?
So I got an iphone 5s month or two ago and my internet and things like Facebook, Twitter, snapchat and Instagram don't work unless I'm connected to Wi-Fi everyone else like all of my friends work and mine doesn't and it's really annoying please help!
Contact your cell provider.
Yeah, I agree, contact apple and tell them. You might have to get a replacement phone which I believe from memory costs just over 100 pounds though I could be wrong
Did you try resetting your phone…
You may need to just send it back to factory settings…

Speak to your provider first find out if your data allowance is active and what it is?
First try resetting network settings on your iphone. Settings, Reset, Reset Network settings

If you can't get online on a cell connection, it's probly because you don't have a data plan and you only have talk and text.
- Wi-Fi Connected - but no internet on devices connected? Hi, The Problem is - i set up a wireless network today for my Iphone 5 and my blackberry, from my main desktop at home, and all went well and Both are connected to it, as well as my laptop. But now whenever i try using the internet on these devices ( iphone etc ) it does not work, although the main desktops internet is working… Can anyone help me? I'm using WINDOWS 7.
- Why won't iMessage work even when I connected to the Internet? I have an iPhone 4 and iMessage works with ever other person that I have on my contacts with an iPhone but not with this just one person. - Why does my iPhone not stay connected to the internet? My phone is in a constant state of logging on and off of the internet and will not stay connected. I have an iPhone 4, I just updated to iOS 6, I've sync'd to iTunes, restarted my phone, turned off Wi-Fi and turned it back on, and even reset my home internet but nothing has fixed the issue. I'm also unable to update my apps, but thats another question. Anyone know what could be wrong?
- Why am I only receiving texts when connected to Wi-Fi? I have an iphone 4, and I can only receive messages when connected to Wi-Fi! I can send them, but i only receive them when i get home or when i have Wi-Fi. Also, i can't send texts to my friend's ipod without Wi-Fi. Why is this happening & should I go to the verison store? (its not the cell service thats the problem because i can get calls)
