My iphone 4 fell in a toilet, what to do?
It was completely submerged in water, and it wasn't working. I took it out, dried it and put it in a bag of rice. I was wondering how long should I leave it there till i try to open it again and charge it?
any tips?
I'd leave it there for 2 days.
Try after 3-4 days or get it serviced
You should hve flushed it when it fell in toilet coz I don't think it'll work again
Take apart the phone as much as you can, open up your stove oven door and place the phone on the bottom of the oven. The pilot from your oven will be warm enough to dry out the phone. Leave it in the oven for 4 hours with the oven off of course. Then put the phone back together and turn it on. If you feel like there still might be water in it after the 4 hours then put it back in again for a little more longer. Hope this helps. I've done it before and it worked for me.
