My iphone 4s is unresponsive when i plug it into itunes and screens black?

I dropped my iphone 4s only like 30cm onto carpet and it was completely fine. Later that day my iphone 4s started to have weird pixels and lines on the screen, greeny things so i turned off my iphone. I turned it off now it won't appear to be on anymore. It was on but the screen was black. Now i'm trying and nothings working even when i plug it into itunes or even charge it. It doesn't show any signs of being on now, help?! I tried holding the lock button and home button for a minute but nothing worked please help!

Added (1). THE IPHONE IS ON BUT THE SCREEN IS STILL BLACK, I CAN HEAR NOISES!

Your iphone is risk!
you should buy a new iphone

Sorry to say but it looks like a hardware problem and if it is you need to get it repaired. I may be wrong and to make sure its not just a software problem id recommend doing a factory reset: I

Ok, do this. Push the center home button close to the charge port and the sleep/power cycle button located on top right.
Hold those together for about 10 seconds or more. The system should then reboot
if it doesn't work at first try to put it inside a bag, and let it get cold.
once cold plug it into the wall not the computer.
it should give you the battery icon in the center of the screen.
after that it takes a minimum of 5% to power up.
try it, otherwise try the reset, hold the home button and the standby button on top right.
you may need to try it a couple of times to get it back.
If it still does nothing, it seems as if a really strong electrostatic discharge fried a component.
If it has a case, remove it and start from step 1 at the top.
