My iphone 4S was stolen. I have no insurance. Now what?
My iphone was stolen a few hours ago. I got it barred and a new simcard is on the way. Since I have no insurance, does this mean I won't be able to get a new iphone? How much money will I have to pay for this heartless thief's actions… I don't want a different phone but I don't have a lot of money to cough up either.
Hope that you have an upgrade so you only have to pay 200 for a new 4S if not you will have to pay full price for an iphone 4s $399
If you had Find My iPhone on there you could barrow someone's iPhone and track it down but if not you have $600-800 in damages.
Sad but I think you have no other option but to buy a new one or second hand one. The prices are dropping because the iPhone 5 will be out soon and people are selling them on ebay. Just hope they hand it in. Did you have the Find my iPhone option enabled so you can track your iPhone?
Check craigslist for a used one, especially with iphone 5 coming out surely people will upgrade and sell their used one.
- Will car insurance cover stolen good, while it was under their care? I had an accident, State Farm towed it to some salvage yard, got it back, camera, registration, spare tire, iPhone charger, battery pack, limited edition pocket knife all gone! Change jar cleaned out, and EZ pass used. I called State Farm, and they are closed. I'm so vexed right now.
