My iPhone 5 only gives me one bar of 1x or no service?
I took my iPhone 5 out today, and it just said that I have no service. I rebooted it a couple times and sometimes it said Verizon 1x one bar, sometimes it just said no service. I also repeadedly removing my sim card and it still just did the same thing.
Did you just get your Verizon iPhone 5 today? It could be that you just don't get that strong of a signal in your area, are you recently having those problems? It could be that the area just doesn't have service, the iPhone's radio receiver is broken, you might be able to return and get replacement with a warranty because it's a manufacturer error.
It could also be the Verizon network in your area is receiving a lot more traffic, Verizon's usually the best at handling this, so you'll be fine in a few days, or it could be down for maintenance. If you have extended time of trouble, call Verizon demanding to know what's up. You don't have the most expensive carrier for nothing.
You don't have good service in your area. It is what it is.
