What happens when an officer says i will get a citation but he never gives me one. What do i do?
My friend found an iPhone and told me to hold it for him, the same day the officers at my school where looking through the picture on the phone and called everyone the saw to the office, and i had the phone so i willingly took the blame for it, the officer said i would get a citation for it but i haven't gotten anything. It happened on Halloween 2013. What will happen? Will it go on my permanent record? Will it be hard for me to get a job? I'm a High School student.
Nothing will happen. They were obviously blowing hot air. Next time say nothing - never trust the cops. Any lawyer will tell you the same.

Never willingly take the blame for anything. In fact, never even speak except to say i want to see an attorney. Your attorney will speak for you. Juvinile charges do not go onto a "permanent record" since there's no such thing for a juvinile
- What happens if you buy a iPhone of eBay and it happens to be stolen? I typed in a serial number of an iPhone into apple checker and it said the phone has not been activated? The phone is still sealed in its box is the phone ok to buy?
- Router gives PC Internet, but none of the other devices? I have a Belkin n300 Wi-Fi router. My PC has Internet access, but whenever I try to access it on another device (such as my iPhone), my network shows up but will not connect. I'll type in my password, but all it does is buffer. What happens if the police officer sees my iphone recording on the dash & asks me to exit the vehicle? I have to exit the vehicle, but what if the officer doesn't allow me to take my iphone with so I can continue recording? This happened to me before. Laws are so difficult. It's like they exist, yet no one wants you to know just exactly what rights you have.
- My iPhone says there's no sim card installed but there's one? My phone has been working fine but up till a couple days ago, a message popped up saying there wasn't a sim installed. I hadn't touched the sim card at all. I have been turning it off and on and its been my only solution but it keeps happening. Its getting pretty annoying so any ideas?
