My iPhone battery goes down even though it says it's charging?
I'm noticing today that my charger isn't the same. It's always worked before but now when I plug it in, I see the little charging symbol on the corner, but the battery percentage goes down slowly. My charger is designed so that when my phone is plugged in, a red line goes on. Now the light is turning on and off, but the charge symbol remains no matter what. I have to stay at a certain position for the light to stay.
My iPhone I had it did that they said it was a apple problem they replace phone. Within few weeks my iPhone started getting hot while on n off charger. Took to company they send it back. Apple is Gavin a lot if problems with phone I won't request this phone for anyone an I have the new 5s and my husband has five c. His phone right how doing what mine did the whole back part of phone is completyl hot!
Sounds like you need a new charger.
i brought a charger and it works but when i go on my phone on charge the battery level goes down whilst saying its charging
