No internet on laptop even though it says connected?
Internets always worked fine but now nothing. I've tried wireless and cable on my home internet, i've tried using my iphones hotspot and it always says connected but nothing works. Its definitely not my internet as everything else connected works. And i can still ping websites in command prompt but thats it.
Can anyone help? Really not keen on buying a new laptop…
Turn switch off modem, restart your system and then switch on the modem. It worked for me. Or try disable and enable Wi-Fi bluetooth.
There may be a Wireless Switch on the side or bottom of your laptop which can be knocked off if on your lap.
So if you see it switch it back on.

Then everything worked but today my laptop says connected with limited access but my iPad internet and iPhone works fine. So what to do? I tried everything on google but it didn't work. My sister said its like something I downloaded but I didn't download anything since like 2 weeks. So what to do?
- Can I track my laptop even when it isn't connected to internet? I have a 2016 MacBook and it was recently stolen, I was wondering if it was possible to track it even if the "thief" wasn't connected to the internet. Plus I don't have any extra anti theft things installed. But it is installed on my cloud so I think I should be able to view it on my iPhone…
