My iPhone broke. Should I take it to the apple store or AT&T?
The microphone and speaker on my iphone don't work anymore. I don't think there's any type of water damage, and i really don't know how it happened. I'm still within my 1 year apple warranty, but the nearest apple store is pretty far away. I was wondering if I should take it to att or the apple store. Will they do the same thing to fix my problem. Oh, and I'm paying att for insurance.
They'll probably replace it if they can't fix it. You'll still have to pay though
Apple store is the best, they will replace it quick and you will keep all of your contacts data, ext.
If the headphone still work, its just stuck in headphone mode

- Where is the best place to buy an iPhone 4s: the Verizon store or the Apple store? I don't have an upgrade until January but am looking to buy an iPhone soon. I've been looking at the various sites and saw that there was a huge price difference between the Apple and Verizon stores. A rep at the Verizon store told me I wouldn't even have to change my existing plan, but just pay the $449 for the phone. Why would I buy an iPhone 4s from Verizon for $449.99 when they're sold on the Apple website for $99?
- Verizon store or apple store for a new iphone 5? Verizon said I can get an Iphone 5 for "Using my upgrade + $199).Is it true that I can get an iphone 5 at the apple store for $199? If true, Why would I use an upgrade at verizon and pay the same amount for the phone?
- Should I take my iPhone 5 to AT&T or Apple store? Basically it has a dead pixel which only shows up when using the camera. I bought it at AT&T like 3 days ago but I read they won't replace it and they'd direct me to Apple, is this true? Where should I take it?
- Should I buy my iPhone at the Apple Store or the Verizon store? The plans and the phones themselves cost the exact same; the difference is the care plan. I just can't decide which one is best for me and I definitely want some sort of plan. Apple care is an upfront cost, but it is cheaper. I don't know how long either last, or which one takes care of the customers the best. Any opinions?
