Should I take my iPhone 5 to AT&T or Apple store?

Basically it has a dead pixel which only shows up when using the camera. I bought it at AT&T like 3 days ago but I read they won't replace it and they'd direct me to Apple, is this true? Where should I take it?

What i would do is just call AT&T's tech support line and deal with them through the phone. Tell them your problem and make sure to tell them that you have done all of the troubleshooting steps already. They will most likely send you a replacement that is like new and you will be on your way with a working Iphone 5 in a couple of days.

I've been looking at the various sites and saw that there was a huge price difference between the Apple and Verizon stores. A rep at the Verizon store told me I wouldn't even have to change my existing plan, but just pay the $449 for the phone. Why would I buy an iPhone 4s from Verizon for $449.99 when they're sold on the Apple website for $99?

  • Should I buy my iPhone at the Apple Store or the Verizon store? The plans and the phones themselves cost the exact same; the difference is the care plan. I just can't decide which one is best for me and I definitely want some sort of plan. Apple care is an upfront cost, but it is cheaper. I don't know how long either last, or which one takes care of the customers the best. Any opinions?
  • My iPhone broke. Should I take it to the apple store or AT&T? The microphone and speaker on my iphone don't work anymore. I don't think there's any type of water damage, and i really don't know how it happened. I'm still within my 1 year apple warranty, but the nearest apple store is pretty far away. I was wondering if I should take it to att or the apple store. Will they do the same thing to fix my problem. Oh, and I'm paying att for insurance.
