My iPhone five is acting very strange?

I don't know if I have to turn it in for a new one or if it can be fixed. There are 2 problems.
1- when I touch somewhere on the screen, another thing comes up. (Ex. I type the letter R and G comes up)

2- my app. This is in specific with the app KIK. I downloaded this app but I can't find it on my phone. I've even searched for it, even with Siri.So, when I go into the App Store on my phone and find kik, it is under tha apps that are supposedly in my phone. It also says "open" and not "install" so shpposedly it is on my phone. When I click "open" it doesn't do anything.

I have the company Simple Mobile.
I've tried refreshing my phone (power+home button) but nothing. I powered off my phone for about 10 minutes and still nothing.
This is Really frustrating me.
Any and all help will be appreciated.

First of all it seems that there are some developing issues with your phone and such errors can only be fixed by a developer who are professionals.

You are saying, that the problem is with the touch system, plus there's an app that you want to find and is already there but you can't find it even after searching.

I suggest, go to the settings and where you can see the app KIK if it's there or not. If it's there it means the application is installed.

Kindlly, go to the mobile dealer and ask him/her to fix these issues. If your phone is new you may replace it.

And it has done this with apps too, and some apps won't load at all.also, it keeps saying its low on storage and to increase the storage.could this be why it's acting strange? And in the safari app, videos won't play. And my mail is not loading properly at all either.

  • My iPhone 4s acting strange? I was charging my iPhone 4s and all of the sudden it sparked from the left side and shut off. It smells like burnt rubber. I unplugged in and turned it back on. The touch screen won't work and the camera is burning hot. I need immediate help!
