My iPhone won't backup?
I'm got a new phone and I'm trying to back up my old phone but it keeps saying iPhone can't be backed up because there's not enough iCloud storage available
Try backing it up in itunes
or delete unwanted items in the icloud storage.
Then instead plug the charging cable into a USB port on your host computer and back the iPhone up to iTunes on your host computer.
Or you can pay for additional iCloud storage: the cheapest £2.99/$2.99 per month is more than sufficient for any iPhone.
Ok. So clear some iCloud storage for the backup.
- Why won't itunes let me backup my Iphone? Every time I plug in my iphone to my computer and itunes comes up I get this message "Itunes could not back up the iphone because the backup was corrupt or not compatible with the Iphone." What does this mean? And why can't I backup my iphone? should I not update to iOS 6 before I have my phone backed up because I'm afraid I'll lose everything.

- My iPhone 4S won't restore from backup data? I backed up my iPhone in February. I don't know what iOS it was running (probably iOS 6, 6.0.1, 6.0.2, 6.1). Now it's running iOS 6.1.3 and I'm trying to restore it to get back my pictures on there, but when the wasted 30 minutes have passed I get a pop-up on iTunes saying that the iPhone can't be restored. Do I need to downgrade my iPhone to the iOS it was running when I backed it up?
- My iPhone 4s won't backup to my computer? Whenever I plug in my iPhone 4s to my Windows 8 Computer, it syncs just fine with iTunes, but I always get an error saying "iTunes could not back up your iPhone because an error occurred." It's never been backed up to this computer before, and I'd like to back it up in case something happens to my phone. Any suggestions?
