My iphone won't let me go on my internet?
Either when I log off Wi-Fi or leave somewhere where with Wi-Fi off I can't go on my internet. I have the AT&T family plan thing and I'm on my brother line with other people but the thing is it only happens to my phone no one else's I have the iPhone 5s. The bill is paid for and the weird thing about it is I can txt but it won't let me get on my internet
This is the message that always pop up when I get on my browser: We're sorry, but you have reached the data limit set by your wireless account owner. If you would like to continue browsing or have completed a mobile purchase, i.e., game, and now can't complete the download, your Data Limit allowance needs to be increased by the account owner via the AT&T Smart Limits for Wireless website. Overage charges may apply depending on your data plan. You have 24 hours to complete the download from data/time of purchase.
Looks like you have used up all of your att data.turn off cellular data and turn on your Wi-Fi tht shoudd work. Setting>cellular>cellular data(turn it off).
- Why does my iPhone still charge for Internet even when I'm not using Internet? So, I recently got a pay monthly plan with my new iPhone 4s. When i'm out and about I'm usually updating my twitter and Facebook account. But, when I'm put my phone down, 3G still says I'm using it and charging me. So do I have to turn it off when i'm finished? Or is there a much easier way?
- Virus won't let me use Internet? I'm connected to the internet but can't browse anything. I called Microsoft and did everything the told me. I also called my ISP and did everything they told me. They came to the conclusion that it's a virus but I don't understand how to fix it without the Internet. Please help. I'm using my iPhone on my home Wi-Fi to type this so I defiantly know it's not the Internet connection.
- Safari won't let me on the Internet? Every time I open safari on my iPhone 5, the page loads but if I tap the search bar the screen goes back to my homescreen of apps. I have Perfect Wi-Fi connection, I have tried forgetting the network and rejoining, and rebooting the phone but nothing is working? Any ideas?
- Orange service won't let me use my free internet data? I got a new orange SIM card today for my iPhone 3GS and topped up £10 for the Dolphin plan which gives me 400 free texts and 1 GB of free internet. But when I try to do anything involving using internet the Orange page opens saying I can't I access the internet because I have no credit. Now I ended up losing my credit because of a silly mistake but I still have the 1 GB of free internet available so why won't it let me use that! Any help would be appreciated.
